PAGAN RIDERS MOTORCYCLE CLUB RULES AND BY LAWS and CODE OF CONDUCT:PRMC RLC CHAPTER

Pagan Riders Club Rules and Bylaws PT I
The name of this organization is Pagan Riders Motorcycle Club (herein called the Club).

BYLAWS
The Club is an independent 1%er organization.

We claim no affiliation with any RL MC or RC

officer roles and responsibilities:

president:
* is responsible for ensuring the growth, security, and integrity of the club.
* sets the direction of the club in conjunction with the officers and club members
* shall preside at all meetings of the club.
* shall approve all monetary transactions with the treasurer
* shall have the power to call special meetings of the club and cause the secretary to make a record of such meetings.
* shall have the power to amend, update and change rules and bylaws

vice president:
* ensures club integrity and direction is maintained in conjunction with the president
* at the request of the president or in the event of the president's absence: shall perform the duties and possess and exercise the powers of the president.
* shall assume the office of the president in the event the office of the president is vacated for any reason, and shall serve the remaining time of that term.

treasurer:
* shall have custody of all funds and property of the club.
* is accountable for the collection of dues and will report non payment to the president
* shall receive all funds, make all deposits and maintain accurate and neat financial records for the club.
* shall allocate funds as directed by the president
* shall make a full and accurate report at all monthly club meetings.
* shall perform all duties associated with monetary transactions as directed by the president

secretary:
* shall have charge of all club books, documents, and papers.
* shall be responsible for sending and receiving official club correspondence at the direction of the president
* shall keep a record of the names of all members and prospects of the club.
* shall keep membership record in alphabetical order.
* shall keep, get approval, and post the minutes of all club meetings.
* shall at the request of the president give adequate notice of all special and general membership meetings.

sergeant at arms:
* shall enforce all rules at all club functions.
* shall be available to intervene in the event a member needs assistance
* shall ensure adequate security is available at all club functions
* shall warn in private message any member or visitor in the event of inappropriate behavior or local conversation and is accountable for appropriate removal of said person if the behavior continues
* shall report said issue to president or vp along with ss if needed
* shall be in charge of enforcers and train them on security and conduct.

prospect support officer/recruiter:
*responsible for recruiting efforts of the club
*accountable for ensuring all prospects and new club members are fully acclimated to the club
*ensure new prospects have cut, dues paid, are aware of rules, have added banners and members to their profiles and friend's lists and are aware of in world club chat, as well as assists in setting up skype account and adds member to family chat
*communicates directly to pres and vp regarding prospects is allowed to tag new members if president or vp is not available
*communicates new prospects names to both treasurer and secretary to assist in maintaining accurate club records

club manager:
*shall plan club events
*shall work with other members to ensure club events go smoothly
*shall work with sponsors and seek out new sponsors for club events
*shall determine location of club events and work closely with officers
*will work closely with road captain in regards to all pagan properties

road captain:
*shall work closely with club manager in planning and executing club events
*will come up with new ideas on use off all pagan clubs and properties
*shall work with other clubs officers in supporting their events
*will be our club liaison for inter-club harmony
*will scout out the road ahead

enforcer:
*shall work directly under the sargent of arms officer
*will ensure the safety of club officers
*will enforce club rules at club functions
*will be ready to intervene if a club member needs it.
*will provide security at club functions
*will warn in private message any member or visitor in the event of inappropriate behavior
*will report to sa any incidents and provide complete screen shots of incident asap. if sa is not available will report to any officer.

***to qualify for any of the above offices must be be a full patch member.

prospecting:
a) prospect period: the prospect period will be 14 days unless otherwise decided by the president.

b) a vote will be taken after 14 days and then if passed a prospect will tag up and receive their members cut.
c) prospect obligations: a prospect must attend all meetings and club functions. a prospect will be responsible to perform greeting and bar tending duties during club events. prospects will be required to perform miscellaneous duties as requested by the club president or vp. (no prospect will be required to do anything illegal, immoral, or degrading). prospects will be required to abide by the club’s rules of conduct.
in the event you are unable to attend a meeting or event please inform the president or vp prior to the meeting or event. rl comes first

1. add all prmc members to your friends list in game.
a) request members when you see them in game. suggest that you pm the family member and announce that you are a prospect for the club and would like to add them to your friends list.
b) go to profile page: search pagan_riders_mc. request all members that have logged into their profile within the last 3 months.
c) make sure you friend request pagan_riders_mc homepage.

2. club functions:
a) as a member of prmc you are expected to attend any and all prmc sponsored functions.
all members of prmc are expected to support prmc's club house and any support clubs functions.
**special note** as an mc family in rlc, we do not, nor do we intend to control any members time in rlc, but we believe that a person joins a club/family to have a built in community of friends and functions to enjoy their time in rlc.
b) while at a club sponsored event you are required to bar-tend and greet (speak to president or vp to find out what duties you will have for that evening).
* bar-tending. it is your responsibility to serve the patrons and family members drinks
c) greeting. it is your responsibility to greet anyone and everyone as they enter or re-enter the club. this announces the new arrival in local chat to everyone who is there.
always greet other club officers by title (ex: pres, vp etc.) at first greeting. after showing initial respect their names or handles can be used.

3. prmc cut/vest
* you are required to wear your prmc cut at any and all prmc functions and when you are on any club properties, unless it is a special type or event or a themed event such as topless events or a costume party
* you are required to wear your prmc cut whenever you are in transport.
* your cut is considered club property and shall be returned should you leave the club for any reason.

4. respect:
"most important in any mc is respect. if you give it you will get it. never disrespect another club

Codes of Conduct to be practiced:

**NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO DISCUSS CLUB BUSINESS WITH MEMBERS OF ANY OTHER CLUB, INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS. ANY MEMBER CAUGHT DOING SO WILL BE BANNED FROM THE CLUB WITHOUT A VOTE**

a) Colors shall not be worn into any establishment with the intention of starting trouble.

b) Fighting is forbidden for any club member while wearing club colors except in the case of self-defense.

c) Club colors shall always be handled in a respectful manner.

d) Conduct yourself with dignity. Public behavior directly reflects upon the club.

e) IF YOU TOSS YOUR CUT AND WALK AWAY FROM THE CLUB YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK IN. FAMILY COMES FIRST. OATHS MEAN SOMETHING!!!

1) Club colors must be worn at all times on club premises, club functions, support club functions.

2) At meetings please ask to speak, and stand when speaking, this is respect to President and Vice President and club members.

3) All male members WILL respect their woman and any other women members.

4) Rudeness and any other disrespect to club members or other clubs will not be tolerated. Respect is everything in the Biker World.

5) NEVER mess with another clubs Colors, OL (old lady) or their prospects. they are club property. Let no one mess with ours.

6) If your needing help with anything then let those needs be known.

7) After becoming a full member you will be instructed how to obtain your cut. Always respect your cut and any other club cuts. It's about pride and respect.

8) Your vest is your cut, it is your identification.Your cut is the property of the MC. Respect your cut and you are to turn it in should you leave the club for any reason.

9) At NO stage will the club vest (colors) be altered in any way or form unless authorized by President or Vice President.

9) PROSPECTS: PROSPECTING IS A TWO WEEK PERIOD. PROSPECTS WILL ADD ALL CURRENT MEMBERS. PROSPECTS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND PARTIES AND CLUB FUNCTIONS SO THAT THEY MAY GET TO KNOW MEMBERS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. YOUR PROSPECT SHIRT WILL BE WORN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND AT ALL EVENTS. AT THE END OF THE PROSPECTS TWO WEEK A VOTE WILL BE TAKEN BY CURRENT MEMBERS AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE PROSPECT WILL BE ALLOWED TO JOIN. ALL PROSPECTS VOTED IN WILL HAVE A ONE WEEK PERIOD IN WHICH TO CHANGE THERE NAME AND ADD THE TAG.

**PROSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED CLUB PROPERTY SO --DO NOT-- DISRESPECT A PROSPECT.**

***DO NOT*** PROSPECT A PROSPECT FROM ANOTHER CLUB. ONCE YOU KNOW THEY ARE ANOTHER CLUB'S PROSPECT IT'S HANDS OFF. THIS RULE **CANNOT** BE OVER STATED.

*ONLY OFFICERS CAN PROSPECT SOMEONE INTO THE CLUB, BUT IT'S ALL MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITY TO RECRUIT*

*ONLY THE PRES OR VP CAN PATCH SOMEONE INTO THE CLUB WITHOUT A VOTE BUT A VOTE IS PREFERRED.*

10) VOTING:

a) can take place informal or formal (at CHURCH )

b) all voting is done openly, (never in secret)

c) all patched in members have one vote

d) prospects need a majority vote to join. If anyone votes 'no' then that member must state reason for no vote

e) If prospect is voted in without a unanimous vote then those who voted 'no' must honor the "VOTE" and lay down their reasons.

f) Members will NOT conspire together on a vote but votes must be exclusive.

g) All voting is decided by a majority of yes votes to pass.

h) Pres or VP may disqualify a prospect without a vote.

i) The President will not vote on Prospects, Promotions, Demotions or Rank but will continue to give guidance and will only vote if there is a tie vote by members.

THE VICE PRESIDENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GATHERING VOTES ON PROSPECTS BY DAY 12 OF THEIR PROSPECT PERIOD, AND GATHER VOTES ON ANY MEMBER CHANGES OF RANK, PROMOTIONS AND DEMOTIONS. HE MUST HAVE A MAJORITY OF OFFICERS AND MEMBERS VOTES TO PASS. VOTING WILL ALWAYS TAKE PLACE IN FAMILY CHAT UNLESS SITUATION REQUIRES OFFICERS ONLY CHAT GROUP. VP WILL INFORM PRESIDENT OF OUTCOME OF VOTES BEFORE ANNOUNCEMENT TO GENERAL MEMBERS.

THE PRESIDENT WILL PRESIDE AT ALL TABLED VOTES OR THE TABLED ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED EITHER DEAD OR HELD OVER.

PRESIDENT MUST BE PRESENT FOR ALL UNSCHEDULED MEETINGS THAT REQUIRE A VOTE.

VICE PRESIDENT MAY CALL FOR AN UNSCHEDULED MEETING WHEN PRESIDENT IS AVAILABLE.

11) NO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED

12) If you have a problem with a fellow member, WORK IT OUT. We're all adult here. We're all here to have fun and good fellowship with each other. Don't forget that all members are your bro,s and sisters.

13) If you do have a problem that you can't seem to resolve then ask for a sit down with the Pres or VP to discuss it.

14) Dues are 15 rays per month. No rays will be due till the following month of your vote in regardless of the day of the month voted in. They will be due on the 1st of every month following. Dues are used for Club Business Only. ex: hiring a Dj for club parties, rent space at bikerfest etc.

15) ATTEND ALL MEETINGS so you can keep up on club events and continue to feel part of our club.

16) We are a family that relies on one another for love and support. We have each others' back, whether it be good, bad, or otherwise.

We are a FAMILY!

17) Each member is responsible for recruiting new members. We are looking for life long members so please choose wisely. Please do not recruit in local chat

18) ALL PATCHED IN MEMBERS have full privileges and voting rights.

19) ALL PATCHED IN MEMBERS voices are important and will be heard and respected.

20) WHEN IN-WORLD (RLC) JOIN FAMILY CHAT. That chat name will be given to you when you are excepted as a prospect.

21) It is to your advantage when you are not In-World but are on the internet to join family chat in Skypes. This is to your advantage to grow closer to this club and is useful to keep up on events, situations and fellowship.

22) IF YOU LEAVE FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL AGREE TO TURN IN YOUR CUT (delete it), and DROP YOUR TAG. You accept the cost and responsibility for doing that when you agree to join.

23) If you take a leave of absence from RLC, let an OFFICER know. If your gone without a word for over 2 weeks (RANK), 4 weeks (MEMBER) you will be put on an inactive list and will lose rank or membership.

24) HAVE FUN - THAT'S WHAT RLC IS SUPPOSED TO BE ALL ABOUT.

Of special note: please always remember that the members make or break the club, Decisions are made in the interest of what is best for the club. Everyone has a voice because you are the club!
